Tony Manini is a geologist with over 30 years of diverse experience in the resource industry. His background covers a wide range of commodities in more than 20 countries and includes technical, commercial, senior management and executive roles in exploration, project evaluation, business development, strategy and operations with Rio Tinto, Oxiana – OZ Minerals, Tigers Realm Group and EMR Capital.
Tony is a founder and CEO of private incubator company, Tigers Realm Group and a co-founder of resource private equity firm, EMR Capital. Tigers Realm Group has listed three highly successful exploration companies, each of which has made a major discovery and is in studies and/or development stage (Tigers Realm Coal – ASX; Nexgen Energy – TSX and Asiamet Resources – AIM). He is currently Executive Chairman of Asiamet Resources Limited and an Executive Director of EMR Capital.
He has been closely involved in the discovery and development of the Sepon copper and gold mines in Laos, the early-stage acquisition and development of the Prominent Hill IOCG copper-gold mine in South Australia, brownfields discoveries in the Golden Grove VHMS district in Western Australia and the discovery of the Okvau IRG gold district in Cambodia

Kevin Tomlinson is a Canadian/Australian Structural Geologist and Investment Banker with over 35 years’ experience in the exploration, development and financing of mining projects globally and particularly the North American, Australasian and European capital markets. Kevin’s diverse career commenced with 15 years in technical and senior exploration management roles predominantly at Plutonic Resources followed by several years as the Managing Director and CEO of ASX listed junior Austminex, and as Head of Research for Hartleys stockbroking in Australia.
For the past 20 years, Mr. Tomlinson has been a very effective Resources Investment Banker, M&A advisor and Company Director for some of the more successful junior exploration and development companies including Centamin Plc, Orbis Gold, Medusa Mining, Cardinal Resources and Bellevue Gold.
As Managing Director of Investment Banking at Westwind Partners/Stifel Nicolaus from 2006-2012 Kevin was involved in many financings and listings for growing junior and mid-tier resource companies across the TSX, ASX, LSE and AIM markets including Centamin, SolGold, Allied Gold and Trelawney.
Between 2015-2017 Mr. Tomlinson was a senior consultant to Maxit Capital leading the merger of Gryphon Minerals with Teranga Gold and introducing SolGold to the firm as a corporate client. Kevin’s most recent M&A role has been as Chairman with
Cardinal Resources during the delineation and development of its Tier 1, 5.1 Moz gold deposit in Ghana and the takeover of the company. Kevin is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Bellevue Gold and Non-Executive Director of Kodiak Copper.
Mr. Tomlinson holds a BSc (Hons) and an MSc degree in Structural Geology and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), a Liveryman for the Worshipful Company of International Bankers (UK) and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (UK).
KIMBERLY ANN ARNTSON
Ms. Kimberly Ann Arntson is a mining executive who has founded multiple Junior Mining companies and served in a variety of senior executive positions including CEO, President, CFO and Board Member. In the past 12 years, Kimberly Ann has raised over $210M in project financing and collaborated on three Junior Mining M&A projects. While at Prodigy Gold, Kimberly Ann was responsible for all aspects of the company’s corporate communication program, facilitating equity financings, generating analyst coverage, participating in key aspects of corporate M&A leading to the $340M buyout of Prodigy by Argonaut Gold. Kimberly was CFO and VP Corporate Development at PPX Mining Corp, successfully bringing the high-grade Callanquitas gold-silver underground mine into production in Northern Peru.
In 2017, Kimberly founded Latin America Resource Group (“LARG”), building Jasperoide from two small concessions into a 57 square kilometre strategic project in the heart of Peru’s most prolific copper-gold mineralized belt. In 2020, LARG merged with Carube Copper Corp. to create C3 Metals Inc., setting the stage for value creation throughout C3’s project portfolio. Kimberly is also the Managing Partner of KA Gold LLC, a private company with a portfolio of advanced gold-silver exploration projects in Nevada. VP EXPLORATION AND DIRECTOR
Mr. Hughes is an economic geologist with over 20 years’ technical and management experience covering exploration, development and mine geology. Specializing in porphyry copper-gold, skarn and epithermal systems he has led the discovery-delineation and development of more than 2 billion tonnes of copper-gold resources in the Asia-Pacific region since 1999. Steve’s experience includes 12 years with PT Freeport Indonesia at the giant Grasberg mine, both in the open pit and as manager of the underground mine geology and exploration groups.
Steve also spent 14 years as Exploration Manager – Indonesia for Oxiana Limited and VP – Exploration for Tigers Realm/Asiamet Resources where his roles focused on managing the acquisition, exploration and development of Company making Cu-Au opportunities. Recent successes include the acquisition and development of the Beutong porphyry Cu-Au deposit and the discovery and development of the BKM copper and BKZ polymetallic deposits in Indonesia, all of which are currently being advanced through resource delineation and/or feasibility studies. Stephen holds an Honours Degree in Geology from Saint Mary’s University in Nova Scotia.
Zimi Meka is one of the founding directors of Ausenco Limited and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director in 1999. Mr. Meka’s background includes senior roles in engineering and operations companies prior to the formation of Ausenco in 1991. He has over 25 years’ experience in the design, construction and operation of a wide range of processing plants and infrastructure in the minerals industry in Australia and internationally. He is the Queensland University of Technology’s 2008 Alumnus of the Year, was awarded the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy’s 2009 Institute Medal and is one of Australia’s top 100 most influential engineers as awarded by Engineers Australia. He is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
Fernando Pickmann is a partner in Dentons’ Lima, Peru office and has negotiated multiple transfer, assignment and mining option contracts. He has led numerous listing and financing processes through the securities market in the risk capital sector segment of the Lima Stock Exchange for clients including, AQM Minerals, Rio Alto Mining, Zincore Metals, Rio Cristal Resources, Candente Gold, Tahoe Resources and Regulus Resources.
Fernando participated in the negotiation process of the Joint Venture Zafranal comprised of AQM and Teck, the acquisition of Siderperu by the company Gerdau, negotiation of the Civil Works Contract for La Arena Project, amalgamation of Southern Legacy Resources Inc. and Regulus Resources Inc., and consolidation of the Rio Alto and Tahoe Resources businesses, amongst others.
Yale Simpson was previously the Co-Chairman of Exeter Resource Corporation which was acquired in 2017 by Goldcorp in a transaction valued at approximately $247 million. He is a professional geologist with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geological Engineering) from the University of British Columbia. Yale has more than 30 years’ experience as a senior geologist, exploration manager and CEO of companies involved in precious metals projects in Australia, Africa, Eastern Europe and South America. Those companies include Pennzoil Company, Chevron Exploration, Australmin Holdings, Argosy Gold Mines and Black Swan Gold Mines Ltd.
He was Co-chairman of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd., a successful spinout from Exeter, which was bought by Yamana Gold Ltd. in 2012.
